Watch this Intro Video, see the difference! (Takes
a few moments to download but worth it.)
Simply stated, there are five areas all endeavors engage at all times. Most executives know these intuitively. This program
brings them home explicitly and in a way no others do. It is fun too! The five areas are:
Time management, Goal setting, Strategy, Conflict Management, and Relationship Management. The best way to understand this
is to just contact The Global Center for Conscious Capitalists or click on one of the links on the left to get the "power point".
Wouldn't you like all your partners to be able to execute on their plans personally and professionally? This group would be more
challenging to engage, yet the results can be extraordinary!

How it works.
Time Management: Every action requires movement and that is what time management is all about. Getting started and the force required
to get inertia overcome and on your side. Then it is about priorities and doing first things first and next things next. This is
sequencing. Whenever possible movements can be synchronized and done at the same time. This is muti-tasking and can involve
delegation. Finally, the most misunderstood area of time management is synergy. Synergy is about actions, that when
done together, make each other more active, more powerful. Starting, sequencing, synchronizing, and synergy. That is time
management.
Goal Setting: There is no motivation without a self identified goal. Movement without a clear goal soon loses inertia. The inner power dissipates.
We follow Maslow's Hierarchy toward actualization to help each person determine their most essential goals. The goal of each person
motivates them to move and feeds back to the time management learning.

Strategy: The goals a person has need a firm plan and a flexible plan. I use an inductive-deductive method to answer three questions.
What do I want to do? What did I do? Did I do what I wanted to do? In other words, did my plans and actions create the results
that I wanted? Induction is when there is a rational goal and related tactics and actions that work to make that plan happen.
The results, with any inductive understanding, are not certain, but just at some level of "probability". The results can be measured
completely. With complete knowledge of the results, it is possible to understand with deductive certaintly. If the certainty of the
results do not match the desired goal formulated with uncertainty, the tactics and actions must be adjusted and the new plan initiated.
Thus, we try with more information and perhaps, more certainty. It is a flexible approach that covers all personality types and
analysis approaches.
Conflict Management: No matter what you do there will be those with whom you compete or those with whom you encounter
even coercive resistance. In this approach game theory is incorporated to show how your adversaries will act and how you will
best manage that conflict to reach your goals. There are three areas of power differential that cover all types of conflict management
approaches. Briefly, the areas are "the right to act", "the rules regarding action", and "the relationship" between actors. You must
have or earn the right to act. Fair rules are essential and must be crafted if they do not yet exist. Once each side recognizes each
other and fair rules are enacted, it is all about the relationship. Resistance, competition, mediation, and negotiation are all covered
in these areas. Eventually, the entire field of business moves ahead as everyone's power increases.
Relationship Management: Relationships move goals far ahead. There are four areas of relationship. Acceptance, engagement,
embracing, and harmonizing. Relationship management will provide tools to help you identify where you stand with others and
where you would like them to stand with you. It will then explore how to move each important relationship to the ideal level.
